RDA has a rich history dating back to 1965 when the organisation was founded.
Now RDA can boast some impressive facts including having over 23,000 riders and drivers and over 18,000 volunteers giving more than 3.5 million hours of their free time every year.
RDA is dedicated to ensuring that all our riders and carriage drivers receive a high standard of professional tuition tailored to their personal ambitions and capabilities. Our instructors work closely with physiotherapists and other health professionals to encourage every individual to aim for attainable goals – some modest, others far more ambitious.
While competition plays a healthy role in RDA activities, our focus is to ensure that all our riders and carriage drivers derive maximum benefit from a positive and enjoyable form of therapy.
